These are the standard terms that apply to consulting engagements with Aurvia Jewellery Advisory Private Limited. Each engagement is also governed by a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority if there is any difference.
The services, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Additional work outside that scope will be agreed in writing.

Our services are business advisory services. They do not include legal, audit or tax filing services, which should be obtained from qualified lawyers and chartered accountants.
